General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply visit the Booking Form to book a cleaning and I’ll get back to you with your price.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us within the first 24 hours after the cleaning is complete and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

I am always open to suggestions and feedback. I also stand by my satisfaction quarantee. If your needs have’nt been met, please openly communicate in person, via email or phone within the first 24 hours after the cleaning is complete and I will come up with a solution together.

What areas do you provide your services?

I operate in the Cambridge and Kitchener area.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY PET?

If you won’t be home during the appointment, if possible, you could introduce me to your pet. Depending on the introduction you may want to take your animal or ask me to leave your animal in a safe spot while the cleaning takes place.

DO YOU ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where I might be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are charged after the cleaning services have been rendered.

ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OR CONTRACTS?

No, you can cancel my service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments. I only request that you let me know at least an hour before the scheduled time in order to save me from making the trip.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

Each service category has different items that are covered for cleaning. I recommend that you visit the service page for the type you are interested in and confirm the service items.

DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES?

Yes. We provide both equipment and supplies. If you have supplies that you prefer to be use, we will use yours.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from one-time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning for residential, office, retail spaces. I also provide real estate listings cleaning services as well pre-party and after party cleanup. You can see the different services by visiting the services page from the top of the website.

HOW WILL YOU GAIN ACCESS TO MY HOME?

You decide the option. You could leave the key under a matt and I could put it back when I am finished. You may also provide a temporary keypad access or you may choose to be home during the cleaning. Your comfort and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me.
